We're committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. SeamarkOnline
does NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
SeamarkOnline may transfer some information to our agents
for purposes like clearing credit cards, shipping orders, or analyzing
traffic to enhance your shopping experience, but always under
strict confidentiality. The only time we would release personal
information outside the provisions of our privacy policy is if
we conclude, in good faith, that it is necessary to comply with
legal requirements, to enforce our rights or to protect SeamarkOnline,
you or our other customers.
We respect
your privacy. Please visit our privacy
policy page for details about our privacy standards.
Security
Policy
We utilize Thawt Digital Certificate technology to provide a secure
credit card payment transaction. We use Secure Sockets Layer
standards from the moment you start your order all the way through
the shipping and billing process. This means that information
that is passed back and forth is encrypted from your computer
all the way to the bank if you have a secure browser. Secure browsers
include Netscape Navigator 2.0 and later, Microsoft Internet Explorer
3.0 and later, and AOL version 4. Check your browser by looking
for the specific security lock or key icon, which is usually at
the bottom of the page. This icon ensures the browser is talking
to our servers with secure, encrypted computer language. If you
have any concerns, e-mail or call us.
Users of Netscape
Communicator 4.05 or earlier have an expired digital certificate.
They will experience an Error Dialog when attempting to make a
secure connection to any secure site after December 31, 1999.
Netscape says that by pressing the Continue button users will
still achieve a secure connection. Clicking the Cancel button
will stop the session. Updating your browser to version 4.7 or
newer is Netscape's ultimate recommendation.
